Sherry has a passion for working with a variety of people to assist them in achieving their goals. My approach is non-judgmental, compassionate, holistic and collaborative. It is important to address specifically those areas of negative thinking that create barriers to achieving positive goals. My approach is also individualized and my hope is to collaborate for the purpose of achieving positive outcomes. My background in CBT and chaplaincy is adaptable and effective in reaching positive goals. We will work together to change negative thinking and create coping skills. My hope is to provide a nonjudgmental, safe space and a therapeutic environment where we can begin the journey of reaching the whole self with the ability to achieve positive goals.
