Amee Chaudry

Amee is a pre-licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and groups. She welcomes clients with a wide range of needs and has a particular interest in working with those navigating life transitions such as college adjustment, the empty-nest phase, retirement, caregiving for aging parents, and experiences of grief. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ERP, Amee provides a compassionate and supportive space where clients can build clarity, resilience, and strength.

Her clinical experience includes providing individualized ERP therapy in group settings and collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and physician assistants in treatment planning. These experiences have strengthened her skills in CBT, I-CBT, and motivational interviewing, while deepening her commitment to fostering meaningful progress in therapy.

Amee is especially passionate about working with Asian and South-Asian communities and helping to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and therapy. Her goal is to create a collaborative and culturally responsive space that supports healing, growth, and empowerment.

Before entering the mental health field, Amee built a career in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community advocacy. She guided a start-up from concept to launch, securing funding and building a sustainable business model. She also serves as a founding board member of the Mon Metro Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of the Mon Metro Business Equity Initiative, where she contributes to organizational strategy, governance, and community development. These experiences complement her clinical work and inform her approach to supporting both individual and collective well-being with compassion and thoughtful problem-solving.

Amee holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from New York University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work with a Direct Practice: Mental Health Certificate at the University of Pittsburgh.
