Jessica Heitzer, LCSW

Jessica Heitzer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.

With experience across multiple levels of care—including inpatient and outpatient mental health, IBHRS, and partial hospitalization programs—Jessica is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in their healing journeys. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and trauma-informed care.

Jessica believes in empowering clients to overcome their darkest moments and achieve the goals they set for themselves. She fosters a safe and supportive environment where individuals can build resilience and grow.

Outside of her work, Jessica prioritizes self-care by spending time with family and friends.
