As a cancer survivor, parent of six adult children, and child of two immigrant families, I bring personal resilience, cultural sensitivity, and deep empathy to my practice. I specialize in working with individuals and families across all life stages—from middle school to Medicare—using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parenting sessions, active listening, reframing, enactments, experiential activities, and trauma-informed therapy.
Rooted in my Catholic faith, I am happy to incorporate spiritual elements into therapy upon request. I also have experience working with dementia patients and their families and look forward to serving Medicare clients.
Inspired by the words of Mother Teresa of Calcutta:
"Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier."
I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
